Meet Priscilla:
Life-altering moments come in many forms. For Priscilla, that form was pressure inside a pipe.
Priscilla was just 23 when she purchased her first home. A few years later, she sold that property and moved into a small condo in Toronto’s downtown core. Working the daily 9 to 5 grind handling labor disputes for the government, she received a call advising her that a water pipe had burst in her condo. Weeks later, she was left with a larger-than-expected insurance payout. Rather than squander this unforeseen windfall, she took a Realtor friend’s advice and invested a portion into a new condo development. Exhilarated about the purchase of her first investment property, Priscilla told a number of friends about it, and sold eight additional suites on the Realtor’s behalf. Inside of that moment, it was overwhelmingly clear that she had not only a talent but a passion for real estate. Within months, Priscilla obtained her real estate license and catapulted into a successful career that has spanned over a decade.
Throughout her real estate odyssey, Priscilla has personally engaged in every facet of real estate investment, from pre-construction builder deals to property renovations and wealth creation strategies. More importantly, she has generated millions of dollars for the clients she has worked with. Inside this journey, Priscilla has discovered her passion for helping even more people cultivate, elevate, and levitate through real estate.
Where some see real estate as mere buildings, Priscilla sees building blocks. Beyond those bricks and mortar, she has discovered ways to help people become more. To do more. To live more. To create the life they want. To change their own lives through real estate in the very way that she changed hers.
