In this episode of The Ryan Holtz Show Podcast, I have my most anticipated guest yet. She goes by the name of Food For Love, but also Nora Holtz aka my wife! We chat about so many things on this podcast which is mostly surrounded by food.

We touch on Nora’s passions surrounding food, business and cooking healthy and nutritional meals for her family. Nora also brings up our trip to San Sebastian, Spain which has the most Michelin star restaurants per capita in the world. Some of Nora’s favourite food tv shows are Eddie Huang of Huang’s world and Anthony Bourdain of Parts Unknown.

I asked Nora how a family or mom or dad could afford good food if they did not have the financial means and she just breaks it down by saying some of the simplest and best ingredients can be found at your local dollar store. We also chat about education and not being lazy, but rather to make the choice to live a better life and make better food for your family. It is about taking pride, no matter what and no matter the excuse!
